Stevie Nicks, Barrie Marshall, Louis Messina & Ryman Auditorium To Be Inducted Into Pollstar Live! Music Hall Of Fame At Pollstar Awards

Iconic artist Stevie Nicks, acclaimed international promoter Barrie Marshall, legendary promoter Louis Messina, and historic Nashville venue Ryman Auditorium will be inducted into the Pollstar Live! Music Hall of Fame during the 36th annual Pollstar Awards. The event takes place on April 16 at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles during Pollstar Live!

Grammy-winning artist and multi-platinum-selling singer-songwriter Stevie Nicks is celebrated for her iconic contributions to rock music. She has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice, both as a solo performer and with Fleetwood Mac. Her enduring career is marked by her distinctive vocals, poetic lyrics, and captivating stage presence, solidifying her status as a legendary figure in music history.
Barrie Marshall, founder of Marshall Arts Ltd. and highly respected promoter and agent has been defined by his enduring relationships and unwavering commitment to artists and their managers. His expertise and strategic vision has helped to shape record-breaking world tours for iconic performers including Paul McCartney, Tina Turner, Elton John, P!NK, Lionel Richie, Cher, George Michael, Whitney Houston, and Herbie Hancock.

As a visionary promoter, Messina Touring Group Founder and CEO Louis Messina has been instrumental in bringing some of the biggest tours in music history to life including treks by Taylor Swift, George Strait, Ed Sheeran, The Lumineers, Blake Shelton and Eric Church. His dedication, innovation, and passion have left an indelible mark on the industry.
Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium is one of music’s most iconic stages — a rock ’n’ roll landmark and the former home of the Grand Ole Opry. The beloved and world-renowned concert hall is known as the “Mother Church,” bringing artists and fans together for unforgettable music moments.
Pollstar Live! Music Hall of Fame inductees are chosen by Pollstar’s editorial team based on touring and live event hosting success as quantified by Pollstar touring data, as well as qualitative factors such as historical impact, cultural significance, critical acclaim, and multiple Pollstar Award wins voted upon by the live industry. The Hall of Fame was established by Tim Leiweke, chairman and CEO of Pollstar parent company Oak View Group in 2018 with the induction of country superstar Garth Brooks.

“Live music has the power to connect, inspire, and define culture, and the Pollstar Live! Music Hall of Fame was created to honor those who have led the way,” said Tim Leiweke. “This year’s inductees have not only reached the pinnacle of success but have made an indelible impact on the industry, shaping its future and inspiring generations to come. It’s an honor to celebrate these artists, executives, and venues whose passion and innovation continue to drive live entertainment forward.”
The Pollstar Awards honors the top tours, venues, live music executives, agencies, production companies and more in over 40 categories.

Zach Bryan, Coldplay, Noah Kahan, Olivia Rodrigo, Taylor Swift and Morgan Wallen are vying for the award for Major Tour of the Year.
Additional tour, event, and artist categories include Rock, Hip-Hop, R&B, Pop, Country, Latin, and Comedy tours of the year; Support/Special Guest Act of the Year; Residency of the Year; Family, Event or Non-Music Tour of the Year; and New Headliner of the Year.
Venue and festival awards include Music Festival of The Year, International Music Festival of The Year, Nightclub of the Year, Theatre of the Year, Arena of the Year, Red Rocks Award for Outdoor Concert Venue of the Year, Stadium of the Year, and more.
A new honor this year is the “Maxie Solters Award – Touring Publicist of the Year,” recognizing the highest achievement for a public relations executive in the live touring industry in tribute to the highly respected Scoop Marketing publicist Maxie Solters, who died on Aug. 15, 2024, at the age of 37.
Pollstar Live!, the world’s largest gathering of live entertainment professionals, will take place April 15-17 at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles. As previously announced, the conference was pushed back to April from its original dates in February to ensure that the conference does not distract critical resources in Los Angeles following the devastating wildfires so that the focus can remain on rebuilding efforts. The three-day conference is the flagship event for Pollstar and offers engaging discussions and keynote conversations led by the top visionaries and executives in the live business along with plenty of networking opportunities.
Pollstar Live! starts with Production Live!, the one-day companion conference that features insightful panels and discussions from industry professionals on all topics related to putting on live events including lighting, video, concert production and more.
Pollstar Live! 2025 is presented by Lockton and Ticketmaster.
