Indie Promoter Outback Presents Unveils New Board of Directors

Outback Presents, one of North America’s top independent live entertainment promoters, expanded its Board of Directors to include industry leaders, the company announced today.
The board includes Chairman Leigh Feuerstein, Dimitri Cohen, Constance Schwartz-Morini, Jermaine Preyan, Ignacio Meyer and Austin Rosen, and together the “group brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight that will be pivotal in guiding Outback Presents as it continues to expand its impact in the entertainment industry,” according to a release.
“These appointments represent our commitment to maintaining Outback Presents’ leadership position and ensuring our long-term success in a rapidly evolving industry,” Feuerstein said in a statement.
The new appointments come on the heels of a record-breaking year for Outback Presents with 1,700 shows produced and 4.5 million tickets sold.
Feuerstein has helped build organizations, brands and products like Sensible Portions, Veggie Straws, SkinnyPop and ParmCrisps. He co-founded Halen Brands, Inc., and The Ryle Company, where he remains chairman. He also currently serves as the Director of the Liberty National Foundation.
Cohen is the chief investment officer of credit at Raven Capital and specializes in asset-based, non-sponsored direct loans.
Schwartz-Morini is the co-founder and CEO of talent management firm SMAC Entertainment, which was also co-founded by former NFL player and media personality Michael Strahan.

Preyan, whose stage name is Mack Maine, is a record executive and entrepreneur who has helped Lil Wayne’s Young Money Entertainment grow. He has served as president and CEO of the label and manager for Lil Wayne. He also has been influential in the career of stars like Nicki Minaj, Drake and Tyga.
Meyer is currently president of Univision Networks Group at TelevisaUnivision, the largest Spanish-language media company, and oversees programming strategy and operations for the company’s leading U.S. properties like Univision, UNIMAS, TUDN (a sports network), Galavision and the network’s radio and local TV stations.
Rosen is CEO and founder of Electric Feel Entertainment. He has worked with artists like Post Malone, Quavo and The Kid LAROI.
