MDLBEAST Launches Talent Initiative For Young Professionals In Saudi Arabia

MDLBEAST is launching “Generation Beasts,” a new initiative designed to give young Saudi talent hands-on experience, and a direct pathway into the entertainment industry.
Through two key programs, the co-called ‘Co-Op Internship’, and the ‘Tamheer Graduate Program’, Generation Beasts offers university students and recent graduates an opportunity to learn some of the tricks of the live events trade at one of the region’s most influential companies.
The Co-Op Internship is a practical program that allows Saudi university students to work alongside MDLBEAST professionals while studying. Over a three-month period, interns will immerse themselves in the company’s diverse projects, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in music, events, media, and entertainment.
For MDLBEAST, “the program serves as an essential platform for identifying future industry leaders, fostering fresh perspectives, and building a dynamic talent pipeline,” according to a press release.
Prospective candidates can apply until May, with selections taking place shortly after.
The Tamheer program, which is backed by Saudi Arabia’s Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), has been designed for recent graduates. It offers “intensive training and skill development for young professionals seeking career opportunities,” according to the press release.
The program provides a seamless transition for successful Co-Op interns, but is also open to fresh graduates from outside the internship program.
MDLBEAST stated that it “actively scouts external talent, especially when additional spaces are available beyond those filled by Co-Op participants.”
The goal is to manage eight to 10 graduates per year through the Tamheer program, with plans to scale as the company grows.
“At MDLBEAST, we believe in nurturing homegrown talent and providing young Saudis with the right tools and experiences to thrive in the entertainment industry,” comments Louise Stubbs, people & culture advisor at MDLBEAST. “With Generation Beasts, we’re not only giving students and graduates a chance to learn from industry professionals, but also ensuring they become key players in shaping the future of Saudi Arabia’s creative economy.”
