Women Of Live 2025 Honorees Feted At WOL Reception

There were specialty cocktails, lots of appetizers and a station to create your own custom cowboy (or trucker) hat, along with plenty of laughter, networking and good energy, as folks from across the live business came together on Monday evening to celebrate Pollstar’s Women Of Live 2025 honorees.

The Women Of Live Reception, which was presented by Live Nation Women, took place at The Beverly Hilton’s Wilshire Garden in Beverly Hills, California. Sponsors of the event included Yaamava’ Resort & Casino and Drop Of Sunshine.
With this year’s edition of Pollstar Live! pushed back from February to April 15-17 because of the wildfires, the reception was a chance to get the party started early – to celebrate both the Women of Live as well as the joy of finally getting the live industry together once again.
The invitation-only event was hosted by Francesca Bodie, Chief Operating Officer at Oak View Group (Pollstar‘s parent company); Lucy Dickins, Global Head of Contemporary Music & Touring at WME; and Lesley Olenik, SVP of Global Touring at Live Nation. All three women are Women Of Live 2025 honorees.

With the reception held outdoors, the light flowing in and pleasant temperatures matched the warm mood of the event. There was plenty to chat about, from favorite sets at Coachella the previous weekend to which shows folks were going to catch in L.A. in between attending Pollstar Live! panels this week.
The sixth annual edition of Women Of Live, celebrating excellence in today’s live industry, named 70 honorees to the WOL class of 2025, using a criteria that included Pollstar data to quantify touring success as well as such qualities as leadership, accomplishment, innovation, strategic planning, integrity and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
After introducing the inaugural Women of Live Hall of Fame last year, we’ve added six more women to the Hall, highlighting groundbreaking and influential executives who have had an undeniable impact on the industry: Elizabeth Collins and Susan Genco of The Azoff Company; Marlene Tsuchii of Creative Artists Agency; Melissa Ormond of AEG Presents/Goldenvoice; Susan Rosenbluth, who recently retired from AEG Presents; and Pam Matthews, who recently retired from IEBA.
Pollstar also again highlighted a selection of international honorees and have expanded the list this year to include executives from Africa and the Middle East.
