High On Fire Unveil European Tour Dates

U.S. rock band High on Fire is headed overseas to headline a European tour later this year. The Grammy-winning band unveiled the routing for a 16-city tour that includes festival appearances to promote its latest album, Cometh the Storm.

“Europe, take shelter; a storm is coming! Prepare thy ears! High on Fire draws near,” the band said in a statement.

The heavy metal trio kicks off their nine-country trek Oct. 25, performing at the Samhain Festival in Maastricht, Netherlands. They will then perform in cities such as Berlin, Vienna, Milan, London, Manchester, Athens and Istanbul. Necrot will be supporting on select dates.

High on Fire includes vocalist and guitarist Matt Pike, who is also a founding member of the band Sleep, bassist Jeff Matz and drummer Coady Willis. One of the band’s most successful outings was performing three sold-out nights at Chicago’s Sleeping Village in October 2021. They grossed $36,780 off 1,050 tickets sold across three shows, according to Pollstar Boxoffice.
