Foo Fighters To Return At Singapore Grand Prix

The Foo Fighters will perform live for the first time since August 2024 at Formula 1’s Singapore Grand Prix Oct. 4.
The Foos will perform after qualifying rounds on a bill that also includes Crowded House and Alan Walker. Elton John and Smashing Pumpkins are scheduled to headline the weekend, performing on race day.
The band canceled performances after frontman Dave Grohl’s revelation he’d fathered a daughter outside of his marriage. The band has since been on a hiatus, though that has thawed in recent months. A reunion of the living members of Nirvana — Grohl, bassist Krist Novoselic and touring guitarist Pat Smear (also a Foo) — was a highlight of January’s FireAid benefit concerts. Grohl joined the LA Philharmonic on Coachella’s second weekend, as well.
