CAA Promotes 4

Creative Artists Agency announced the promotions of Sloane Fuller, Mary Harrington, Calhoun Rawlings, and Sam Schaumberg to Agent/Executive in the Global Touring department.
Based in Los Angeles, Fuller has been promoted to Agent. She began her working for CAA in 2021 in the Global Touring department in Nashville before relocating to the Los Angeles office in 2022. She served as an assistant to Brian Manning, Joe Mott, and Jenna Adler, before her promotion to Booking Professional in 2024. She earned her degree in corporate communications from Southern Methodist University with minors in Arabic, public policy, Africa/Middle East studies, and songwriting.
Harrington, based in New York, has been promoted to Agent. She joined CAA in 2022 in the Global Touring Department, where she served as assistant to Ryan Thomson. She was promoted to Booking Professional in 2024 and was accepted into the CAA Elevate program in March 2025. Before joining CAA, she worked at UTA and PwC. She holds both a bachelor of science in accounting and an MBA in accounting from La Salle University.
Rawlings has been elevated to Agent. He joined CAA in 2022 as an assistant in the Global Touring department, where he worked with Bennett Beckner and Adam Voith. He was elevated to Booking Professional in 2024. A graduate of the University of Vermont, his prior experience includes serving as an artist and tour manager at Quiet Artist Management. He is based in Nashville.
Schaumberg is based in Nashville and has been promoted to Executive. She began her career at CAA and returned to the agency in 2023 in the Global Touring department, where she works closely with the strategy and operations team to improve processes and coordinate programs across the division. Prior to joining CAA, she served as an Agent at Platform Artists. She holds a bachelor’s degree in religious studies with a minor in music business from Belmont University.
