Lorna Shore Announces North America Tour, New Album

New Jersey deathcore band Lorna Shore has confirmed what fans have been clamoring for, new music and an accompanying tour that will kick off in Pittsburgh on Sept. 17 and run into the end of October.
The news of a new album came via a mysterious billboard on the New Jersey Turnpike in the band’s hometown. The new LP, I Feel The Everblack Festering Within Me ,is set for release on Sept. 12 via Century Media Records, led by first single “Oblivion” which debuted today.
For the tour, Lorna Shore will be joined by The Black Dahlia Murder, Shadow Of Intent and PeelingFlesh. The tour is produced by Live Nation. General tickets go on sale Friday, May 23 and fan presales will begin Monday May 19.
Dates include across the continent, with notable stops including the Pearl Concert Theatre in Las Vegas, the new Pinnacle in Nashville, Fillmore Auditorium in Denver, Place Bell in Montreal, Eagles Ballroom in Milwaukee, and the tour finale, Oct. 30 at the Theater at Madison Square Garden. The band is also appearing at festivals including Louder Than Life in Louisville, Kentucky, Sept. 18 and the New England Metal & Hardcore Festival in Worcester, Massachusetts, Sept. 20.
The band’s most recent touring includes dates in Australia in February, selling into the 2,000- to 3,000-capacity range at venues including the Fortitude Music Hall in Brisbane and Forum Melbourne. Stateside, in the fall the band played headline dates in the fall, with support from Kublai Khan TX and Whitechapel, at venues such as MGM Fenway Music Hall in Boston, Greensboro Coliseum, the Tabernacle in Atlanta, Fillmore New Orleans and multiple House of Blues venues.
