Presented by Lockton and Oracle, the event marks the eighth annual VNC and its debut in the entertainment capital of the world. Past events have been hosted in Austin, Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Phoenix, New York and Seattle.

VNC 2025 promises three days of engaging panels, keynotes, networking opportunities, and entertainment on the iconic Las Vegas Strip, with programming focused on sustainability, security, data, technology, and the diverse realities represented in today’s venues.

New this year will be a half-day dedicated to sustainability. An announcement explains that while environmental stewardship has consistently been a vital discussion point at past VenuesNow Conferences, the 2025 event will expand this focus, “with curated content highlighting best practices in sustainability across all venue types, including how to manage energy, water, and waste effectively and the critical levers to ensure financial sustainability, corporate partnerships and guest experience.”

Ray Waddell, Chief Content Director, OVG Media and Conferences, which produces the event, said, “With the VenuesNow Conference 2025 we’re expanding our vision, dedicating a half day to sustainability, and elevating the conversation around critical topics to conference attendees. Las Vegas, a perennial entertainment powerhouse, is the perfect stage to gather the most important leaders and continue shaping the future of live entertainment worldwide.” OVG is the parent company of Pollstar and VenuesNow.
