Shawn Mendes Announces Europe, U.S. ‘On The Road Again’ Tour Dates

Following a festival headline run in Latin America, pop star Shawn Mendes has announced the “On The Road Again” tour, with headline dates in Europe and North America, featuring a career-spanning set celebrating 10 years of hits.

The announcement promises that fans will be taken on a journey from his first album through his latest release, Shawn. A trailer for the tour is below.

About the shows, Shawn wrote, “I feel like time away has allowed me to come back and recognize and remember how unbelievably special it is to get to play live shows. It’s an honour and I’m just beyond grateful that you guys keep showing up after 10 years with so much love.”

The dates kick off Aug. 5 and continue into the fall, with the dates adding to previously announced European festival appearances this summer, which included headlining Lollapalooza events in India, Argentina, Chile and Brazil. That follows up his appearance at Rock in Rio last fall.

The new tour will land in North America in late September, with shows in Toronto, New York, Chicago and wrapping at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. For the dates, Shawn will be joined by MARO and Lubiana in Europe, and Eddie Benjamin in North America.

Tickets will be available via multiple presales starting Wednesday, June 4 at 10 a.m. local time, and go on sale to the general public on Friday, June 6.

Mendes is represented by CAA and managed by AG Artists’ Andrew Gertler, according to Pollstar’s records.
