The Feldman Agency Announces Internal Promotions

The Feldman Agency has unveiled a series of internal promotions, with an announcement noting that the appointments reflect the agency’s growth and underscore TFA’s “strategic focus on talent buying, artist support, and operational innovation across its offices in Toronto and Vancouver.”

The promotions include Joel Baskin being named Senior Vice President, which reinforces “his integral role in shaping the agency’s direction and continued excellence.” Baskin, who has been at TFA for over 14 years, has used his “business savvy and talent-first approach” to help build a roster that includes Avril Lavigne, Shania Twain, Josh Ross,Owen Riegling, The Beaches, Three Days Grace, Letterkenny and Shoresy.

Josie Cheng, who has more than a decade of experience at TFA, is taking on the role of Managing Director-Administration where she will “oversee key operational functions and contribute to agency-wide strategy and growth.” 

Amy Lloyd has been promoted to Talent Buyer, with this week’s announcement praising her growing expertise and keen eye for opportunity. 

Emma Leblanc has been named Marketing Associate and will continue “to drive innovation in digital marketing and brand strategy.”  

Jessie Silverstein has been promoted to Senior Coordinator as she continues to provide support across departments. 

“As our business continues to evolve and expand globally, we are excited to recognize the contributions of these outstanding team members,” Tom Kemp, President of The Feldman Agency, said in a statement. “Each of them brings unique strengths to our leadership and operations, and their promotions reflect not only past achievements but also the confidence we have in their future impact.”
