Marco Antonio Solís, one of Mexico’s most iconic singers, announced he’s returning to U.S. arenas and theaters this summer with his 18-date “Mas Cerca De Ti World Tour” from August through October.

The Live Nation-promoted tour celebrating one of the most influential figures in Mexican music kicks off with a two-night stand at Denver, Colorado’s Bellco Theatre on Aug. 1 and 2.  The routing includes two nights at Choctaw Grand Theater in Durant, Oklahoma, as well as shows at San Jose’s SAP Center, UTEP Don Haskins Center in El Paso, The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Newark’s Prudential Center and Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise. The trek wraps up Oct. 11 at Coliseo de Puerto Rico in San Juan.

Presale tickets will be available June 10 for Citi cardmembers at 10 a.m. EST, and additional presales will be running throughout the week leading up to the general onsale, which begins June 13 at 10 a.m. via LiveNation.com.

VIP packages will be available, offering premium tickets, a photo opportunity with the artist, access to a VIP bar during the concert, an exclusive gift item and more. For more information, visit vipnation.com.

Solís, nicknamed “El Buki” as the frontman of the Los Bukis, one of the most celebrated bands from Mexico, toured Latin America earlier this year and performed in Chile, Colombia and Mexico. His two-night stand at Movistar Arena in Santiago grossed $1,797,555 off 21,988 tickets, according to Pollstar Boxoffice. He closed out the LATAM leg of the trek with a big show at Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City, which featured over 60,000 fans.

In 2022, the Latin Recording Academy named the Mexican singer Person of the Year. He also graced the cover of Pollstar in November of that year. Solís is managed by Habari Inc., and his U.S. concerts are booked by TwoLA Heads Entertainment.
