GIRL POWER: 2025 highlights include tours with Tate McRae, Lainey Wilson & Meghan Trainor.

Tara Traub, whose work as Live Nation SVP of Global Touring has been recognized multiple times on Impact 50 and Pollstar’s Women of Live lists, is quick to shout out a few of her clients and colleagues having incredible years.
“I’m grateful to work with such powerhouse women – Tate McRae, Lainey Wilson, Meghan Trainor, and so many others – who are not only global superstars but are making a huge impact through their music and presence,” Traub says. “I’m also honored to be surrounded by talented women every day — Liz Kim, Alexa Torres, Valerie Tovar and Lilia Zepeda — who bring these artists’ dreams and tours to life every day.”
Traub, who joined Live Nation as an intern in 2002 and names Live Nation veteran Brad Wavra as a mentor, previously told Pollstar that the most rewarding part of her job is to help clients’ visions come to life in new and creative ways.
“Tate McRae is carving out her own space in the industry, currently on an 80-date sold-out arena tour, with multiple nights in key cities driven by overwhelming demand,” Traub says. “Her connection with fans around the world is undeniable. Lainey Wilson is doing the same — blazing a new, global trail in country music. Lainey’s rise reflects how authentic, heartfelt songwriting resonates with everyone. She’s reshaping the genre, and we’re proud to be part of that journey.”
Authenticity is also a trait that Trainor has in common, having powered the success of her 2024 sold-out “Timeless Tour” that included iconic venues like Madison Square Garden and Red Rocks.
“Whether through her music, social media, or podcast, Meghan brings her full self to everything she does — and that honesty shines on stage,” Traub says.
Traub is also excited for what’s next with Conan Gray. “Following a major 2024 that included sold-out shows at the Kia Forum and Madison Square Garden, he returns this fall with the ‘Wishbone Pajama Show Tour,’” she adds.
