Queens Of The Stone Age Announce ‘The Catacombs Tour’ Visiting North America’s Most Historic Theaters

Queens of the Stone Age are setting out on “The Catacombs Tour,” which finds the band stopping at historic theaters across North America. The trek kicks off on Oct. 2 at the Chicago Theatre in Chicago, with stops including the Fox Theatre in Detroit, Beacon Theatre in New York City and Davies Symphony Hall in San Francisco before wrapping at Saenger Theatre in New Orleans on Nov. 21.

The tour supports the band’s album, Alive in the Catacombs, with “The Catacombs Tour” featuring arrangements crafted for the occasion, with assembled ensembles. UK and European dates are promised to be announced shortly.

Queens of the Stone Age is booked by WME in North America and managed by SAM’s John Silva. With 336 headline reports submitted to Pollstar’s boxoffice, Queens of the Stone Age has sold 1.2 million tickets, grossing a total of $63.6 million.

Tickets for the upcoming tour go on sale June 27 at 10 a.m. local time.
