Wasserman Music announced three new hires, including two executives, with Emily Kennedy joining as VP, Business Development, Pop and Michael Delle Donne as VP, Digital Partnerships. Lydia Barry also joins the company as VP, Marketing & Communications. All three new hires are based in Wasserman’s New York office.

Kennedy will help spearhead growth initiatives across film and TV, digital and gaming, literary (books, podcasts, audiobooks), branding, sponsorship and international. She joins from LoyalT Management, which she helped co-found in 2017 and worked with artists including AURORA, Stephen Sanchez, Lord Huron, Neil Frances, Passion Pit and more. Prior to LoyalT, she was a manager at Mick Management and a talent buyer at C3 Presents in Austin.

Delle Donne previously worked at Warner Music Group’s business development and artist services group. At Wasserman Music, he’ll lead initiatives across digital growth, gaming, partnerships and rights management. Prior to his job at Warner, Delle Donne oversaw business development for Superfly’s creative agency, Listen; and was the first full-time U.S. employee for leading dance music editorial and ticketing platform Resident Advisor.

Barry joins Wasserman from WME, where she led music communications. In her new role, Barry will oversee all strategic communications efforts across the global music division.

“As the industry evolves, our artists remain our top priority,” Wasserman Music SVP, Artist Services, Vince Amoroso said in a statement. “This year, we’ve made significant investments in our Artist Services team to expand the opportunity center for our roster globally. Emily brings deep artist management and talent buying experience to our Pop division, reinforcing our artist-first approach. With Michael, we’re doubling down on the digital space – his expertise in digital platforms, partnerships, rights management, and gaming is crucial to where our business is headed.”
