Henry Bordeaux has joined Integrated Production Solutions (IPS) as Director of Business Development, Production. Bordeaux, who has more than two decades of production expertise, will “focus on expanding the company’s national presence and building deeper relationships with artist teams.”

IPS is a provider of live event production and permanent audiovisual installation services based in Franklin, Tennessee, that offers tailored audio, video, and lighting solutions for concert touring, corporate events, houses of worship, cruise, and entertainment venues.

“I didn’t want to just join a company. I wanted to help build something. IPS has the momentum, the values, and the leadership to grow into a national player, and I’m excited to be part of that evolution,” Bordeaux said in a statement.

In regards to the decision to transition away from touring, Bordeaux says, “I was ready for a new chapter, one that still keeps me close to the music but gives me the chance to be more present at home.”

Bordeaux got his foot in the door in the live industry as a guitar tech on the Vans Warped Tour when he was 18 and eventually worked  as the tour and production manager for big-name artists including Olivia Rodrigo; Tyler, The Creator; Travis Scott; Jennifer Lopez and Fall Out Boy.

Bordeaux is also the co-founder of the web series Tour Management 101, which has helped mentor the next generation on the fundamentals of touring with group panel discussions and one-on-one interviews with leaders in the business.

His accolades include being named the NextGen Parnelli Tour Manager of the Year in 2019. He also earned the award for Young Gun Tour Manager of the Year in 2013 and 2014, having been nominated for the honor four times between 2012 and 2017.

In 2021, Bordeaux announced he was coming off the road to prioritize time with his family, including his then 2-year-old son, and in 2022 he spent eight months as the general manager of Pennsylvania’s new entertainment complex Poconos Park.

He most recently worked with artists including LUDMILLA, Yellowcard, Lisa of BLACKPINK, Alan Walker and Cobra Starship, who all had performances in 2024.

This week’s announcement goes on to say that Bordeaux will focus on “deepening relationships with managers, agents, and artist teams, particularly in pop, rock, hip-hop, and electronic music, as well as supporting national tours and expanding the company’s event services footprint.”

IPS CEO Nick Brown adds, “IPS is growing fast, and we’re focused on doing it with intention Henry’s role helps us connect more meaningfully with artists and managers while continuing to raise the bar on service.”
