New CEO For Poland’s Leading Ticket Platform Ebilet

Bartosz Troński has been appointed CEO of eBilet, the largest ticketing service in Poland, effective Aug. 1.
Troński succeeds Jakub Jasiński, who is stepping down from the role to take parental leave.
EBilet is part of Allegro Group, by its own admission “the leading e-commerce platform in Central and Eastern Europe.”
A seasoned executive with over a decade of experience in online ticketing, Troński has been a member of eBilet’s management board since 2021, most recently serving as vice president in charge of the commercial division.
The 35-year old joined eBilet in 2014, starting on the front lines of fan interaction — first as a ticket sales representative, then in customer service. Over the years, he moved through roles in business development and sales, becoming B2B Sales Manager in 2018.
His trajectory accelerated following eBilet’s acquisition by Allegro in 2019, when he took on broader strategic responsibilities within the group. Today, Troński is recognised as one of Poland’s leading experts in the ticketing industry – both for his deep market knowledge and his strategic approach to business.
Under Troński’s leadership, eBilet played a central role in several record-breaking events, including Dawid Podsiadło’s stadium tour and Taylor Swift’s concerts. These projects, among others, have helped cement the platform’s reputation as a major player in the Polish live events ecosystem.
“Becoming CEO of eBilet is a tremendous honour and a personal milestone,” Troński commented, “this company has been my professional home from the very beginning, and I’m proud to lead a team that I deeply believe in. It’s the people behind eBilet — passionate, talented and relentlessly committed — who make this organisation truly exceptional. Over the next few years, my ambition is to transform eBilet into Poland’s largest destination for live entertainment — a space offering the widest range of events across all categories, inspiring people to get out and experience more. I want eBilet to be close to fans — from the very first click (and even before) to the lasting memories after the show.”
Grzegorz Czapski, chief business accelerators officer at Allegro, and supervisory board member of eBilet, added, “eBilet continues to grow as the go-to platform for the country’s biggest cultural events — thanks in large part to strong, dedicated leaders like Bartek. He has risen through the ranks, knows the business inside out, and deeply understands both customer needs and market dynamics. I have full confidence that under his leadership, eBilet will become the number one ticketing choice for fans of music, theatre and sport alike.”
