The Band Perry is celebrating the latest chapter of its career by signing with Make Wake Artists for management and Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment, reuniting the trio with Big Machine Label Group.

The group, which was formed in the early 2000s by siblings Kimberly Perry, Reid Perry and Neil Perry, is now composed of Kimberly, Reid and Johnny Costello. After going on hiatus in 2023 so the members could focus on their individual careers, in late 2024 the group announced it was reuniting with a new lineup to play a Jan. 25, 2025, show to help raise money for Hurricane Helene relief with “The Band Perry: A Homecoming” at the NPAC Niswonger Performing Arts Center Greeneville, Tennessee. Kimberly and Costello, who plays mandolin and guitar, got married in 2021.

Today’s announcement notes that the band has been working in the studio on “new music that builds on the sound and storytelling that launched them to stardom.”

“The best of this format is about life experience, and the best stories are told by the ones who choose to live in bright colors,” BMLG Founder, Chairman and CEO Scott Borchetta said in a statement. “The Band Perry have always explored the edges of their lives, art, and environment, and have brought a world of experiences back to us for a new season of music that explores all the above. Fans old and new are going to love it.”

“The new music The Band Perry is creating is next level, while recalling the iconic, multi-Platinum sound that fans know and love,” says Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment President/CEO, Jimmy Harnen. “Scott, the entire team and I are incredibly excited about the future of The Band Perry.”

Kimberly Perry adds, “Coming back home to our Big Machine / Nashville Harbor family feels like a beautiful full-circle moment for us. To bring the foundation of everything we’ve built together into a new season of creativity means the world. This reunion feels like a second chance, a deeper chapter, and we’re just so grateful to be writing it with the family who believed in us first.”

The team at Make Wake Artists that will represent the band for management includes Shelby Marvel, Sophia Sansone, and Chris Kappy.

“We’ve been longtime admirers of Make Wake — not just the success, but the spirit behind it,” Perry says. “They lead with heart, hustle, and a deep love for artists. The house that Kappy + Co. have built is one we’ve dreamt of joining for a long time, and now that we’re here, it feels like the perfect creative home. We’re honored to be part of the family.”

Make Wake Artists’ Shelby Marvel says. ““I’m so honored to partner with The Band Perry. Their vision for this new chapter is both fresh and rooted in the heart of the genre, and we’re proud to walk alongside them as they reconnect with the fans and community who’ve loved them from the start.”

“From the moment I met with Kimberly in March, I could immediately see and feel her vision for this next chapter,” Make Wake Artists’ Sophia Sansone adds. “The Band knows this business inside and out — they’ve done it all, and now they’re coming back with full force. I’m incredibly proud to be managing them. They already feel like family, and I can’t wait for the world to experience what’s next. They are what country music has been missing.”

The Band Perry’s tour dates are booked worldwide by Wasserman Music’s Lenore Kinder, Matt Runner and Olly Hodgson.

The group has headline shows and festival appearances scheduled through October. Tonight the band will perform at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee, as part of “Opry at the Ryman: OPRY 100.” Opry members Bill Anderson, Mandy Barnett, Dailey & Vincent and Lorrie Morgan will also take the stage, as well as Chuck Mead and Charlie Worsham.

Reports submitted to Pollstar Boxoffice for The Band Perry’s last full-fledged tour, 2019’s “The Good Life Tour,” include a sold-out March 15, 2019, show at Club LA in Destin, Florida, that sold 678 tickets and grossed $19,501. The trio also played the OC Fair in 2022, held at Pacific Amphitheatre in Costa Mesa, California, Aug. 10, that sold 2,719 tickets and grossed $109,787.

Since releasing its first self-titled EP and album in 2010, The Band Perry has sold more than 2.5 million albums and 12 million singles, racking up more than 1 billion streams. The band has won multiple CMA, ACM, and CMT Music Awards including Top New Artist and Top New Vocal Duo or Group of the Year at the 2011 ACM Awards.
