Berkowitz’s 100X Hospitality Expands With Addition Of Playa Luna Destination Events

Following A Weekend In Napa with Andrea Bocelli and the recent announcement of destination events like Brandi Carlile’s Girls Just Wanna Weekend in Mexico, Dan Berkowitz’s 100x Hospitality has announced it has undertaken full operations of the Playa Luna destination concert portfolio, which includes Phish Riviera Maya, Crash My Playa with Luke Bryan, Out of the Blue with Noah Kahan and more.

Dan Berkowitz is founder and CEO of 100x, known for previously forming CID Entertainment and CID Presents, which evolved into Playa Luna Presents. His 100x launched in 2022 and continues the evolution of the mostly artist-themed destination events.

“Playa Luna has set the standard for destination events,” said Berkowitz. “We’re building on that foundation while doubling down on our commitment to putting guests first and artists forward — whether it’s 25,000 people at a camping festival or 200 at an intimate gathering.”

Playa Luna Presents has developed multiple immersive, multi-day experiences built around a single artist’s vision, with popular events including Phish Riviera Maya, Viva El Gonzo with Goose and Noaha Kahan’s Out of the Blue.

The portfolio adds to 100x’s lineup of events including GRiZ’s artist-curated camping festival in Virginia, A Weekend in Napa with Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli, while producing VIP and travel experiences for artists including Chris Stapleton, Luke Bryan, Goose, Phish, The Lumineers and more, including supporting Dead & Company’s three nights at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco.
