New Lettuce Album Announced, ‘Cook World Tour’ Extended With East Coast Dates

It’s time to let the funky jam band cook, as prolific live band Lettuce has announced Dec. 3 as the release date of new LP Cook, released on its own Lettuce Records and coinciding with a world tour taking the band well into 2026.
“This record is a little more three-dimensional than our past albums,” says Lettuce percussionist Adam Deitch. “It shows a lot more sides to the band, exploring further depths of production and arrangements.”
In anticipation of the release of Cook, Lettuce is set to perform around the world with dates reaching into 2026. The full schedule includes shows in North America, Europe, Japan, and Australia, with just-announced East Coast dates in 2026.
The band has also recently announced the launch of Lettuce Red Crush and Orange Crush wine brands in collaboration with Aquila Cellars, along with a recipe book to be included with the vinyl album and available digitally.
As part of the 2026 run, the band is offering an exclusive “Cookin’ with the Band” VIP pre-show experience available for all January and February shows and including soundcheck viewing access; setlist voting power; early merch shopping + discount code, and more. Access is limited to 75 VIP spots per night and can be purchased at lettucefunk.com/tour.
Lettuce is represented by Wasserman Music and managed by The Regime.
“This is the best team we’ve ever had,” Deitch says of the band’s new management. “We feel like the world is our oyster. Our concepts and ideas can really come to fruition now with our infrastructure. It’s beautiful to be in a headspace of feeling this fresh. It’s the start of a brand-new era for us.”
