Chilean Mexican Singer Mon Laferte Signs With UTA

United Talent Agency added yet another prominent Latin artist to its roster. The agency recently announced the signing of Grammy-nominated singer Mon Laferte for global representation, excluding South America.
Mon Laferte has won five Latin Grammys and was nominated in the highly coveted Album of the Year category at the Latin Grammys last November with her acclaimed 2023 LP, Autopoiética. The Chilean Mexican artist will be releasing her ninth studio album, Femme Fatale, later this fall.
The 42-year-old singer has been performing in a Spanish version of “Cabaret!” in Mexico as and has also appeared at several notable festivals, including Festival International de Jazz De Montreal in Canada, BottleRock Napa Valley, Tecate Pa’l Norte in Monterrey, Estereo Picnic in Bogotá and Lollapalooza in Argentina and Chile.
Mon Laferte, who is managed by Diana Rodriguez of Criteria Entertainment, toured the world in 2024 and performed in markets like Madrid, London, Paris, San Francisco, Mexico City, Santiago and Bogotá. One of her most successful nights was on May 25 at the iconic Kia Forum in Inglewood, California, where the artist grossed $963,211 off 10,887 tickets sold, according to Pollstar Boxoffice.
In addition to Mon Laferte, UTA’s Latin roster includes Bad Bunny, Karol G, Rauw Alejandro and Anitta.
