The Neal Agency Promotes Three Agents

Nashville based talent agency The Neal Agency, which represents Morgan Wallen, Riley Green, Bailey Zimmerman and others, has promoted three agents.
Clark Wilson has been elevated from agent assistant to agent, fairs & festivals; Simone Chretien has been elevated from booking coordinator to agent, southeast territory; and Juliette Edwards has been elevated from booking coordinator to agent, West Coast territory. Meanwhile, Kelly Littlefield has been promoted to president of operations for both TNA and Sticks Management.
“From the start, one of my top goals in building The Neal Agency was to create a culture where we could grow and promote talent from within,” Austin Neal, co-head and founder of TNA, says in the announcement. “I’m incredibly proud to see that vision come to life with the promotions of Juliette, Simone, and Clark to agents.”
Prior to joining TNA three years ago, Wilson, a Nashville native, held positions at Warner Music Nashville and Red Light Management. Wilson began at TNA as an agent assistant to Adi Sharma and Spencer Foote, assisting with client contracts and booking shows throughout the Southeast. Wilson will now build on his experience in the fairs and festivals department and expand the division.
Chretien brings experience from Average Joes Entertainment where she served as a digital marketing coordinator and as an artist management assistant and digital marketing coordinator for Sister Hazel. In October 2022, she started at TNA as an agent assistant, working under Evan Kantor and Haley Teske in the Northeast and West territories of the United States in the hard ticket space. Now, as Southeast Territorial Agent for The Neal Agency, Chretien also represents Cody Lohden and Rhys Rutherford, alongside co-head Adi Sharma.
Juliette Edwards, a Santa Clarita, California native, brings experience in advertising and television production, namely due to her time with The Kelly Clarkson Show. In 2022, Edwards joined TNA as executive assistant and coordinator to Neal. Edwards steps into her new position as West Coast Territorial Agent, and represents Ole 60, Rob Langdon and Scott Wolverton.
Littlefield’s experience includes human resources roles at WME and ONErpm. After joining TNA and assuming the position of director of HR and operations, she in 2024 also took on the role for Sticks Management, the artist management firm founded by Austin Neal and representing Morgan Wallen.
