Bonavita, Colwell, Sandstrom & Scally Confirmed For VNC Panel ‘Booking: Arenas & Stadiums’

Details have been announced for the VenuesNow Conference panel “Booking: Arenas & Stadiums.” Speakers include Becky Colwell, General Manager of the Kia Forum & VP, Live Events at Intuit Dome; Antony Bonavita, EVP, Chief Venues & Development Officer at Rock Entertainment Group and Cleveland Cavaliers; Elyse Scally, VP of Live Entertainment at ASM Global / Legends; and Jen Sandstrom, VP, Programming & Booking at SoFi Stadium, YouTube Theater, and Hollywood Park.
The panel will feature a deep dive into the current state of bookings for North American arenas and stadiums. Topics include which acts are out and when, the challenges in booking content right now, which artists are exciting the bookers, what are bookers running into in terms of holds and avails, what the deals are like in broad terms, how saturated (or not) is the market, what’s traffic like, and what’s happening at specific buildings and markets.
The eighth annual VenuesNow Conference will take place Sept. 9-11 at Resorts World Las Vegas. Presented by Lockton and Oracle, the event marks the debut in the entertainment capital of the world and the first time VNC has expanded to three days. Past events have been hosted in Austin, Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Phoenix, New York and Seattle.
