United Talent Agency Appoints Gabe Tesoriero To Communications Executive Leadership Team

United Talent Agency has appointed Gabe Tesoriero to Vice President of Corporate Communications, marking an expansion to the company’s communications department.
Wednesday’s announcement from UTA notes that his hire “comes at a time of momentum for UTA and is part of its strategy to create a best in class corporate communications function.”
Tesoriero, who is based in New York, will lead communications for UTA’s global Music division, and will report to Cassandra Bujarski, who joined the agency in February as Chief Communications Officer, and to Senior Vice President Claudia Russo.
He previously served as EVP of Media & Brand Strategy for Def Jam Recordings/Universal Music and spent nearly a decade overseeing the company’s communications practice.
Tesoriero has been behind strategic media campaigns for some of the biggest artists in music including Kanye West, Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Frank Ocean, Pusha T, Big Sean, Jhené Aiko, Jeezy, Nas, Rick Ross, The Roots and many others. He got his start in the business working with clients Roc-A-Fella Records, VP Records and more.
Last year, Tesoriero launched his own company Screaming Target, where he managed a diverse roster including Clipse, Alamo Records/Santa Anna Records and their artists Rod Wave and Bossman Dlow, PartyNextDoor via Drake’s OVO Sound, the Wu-Tang Clan’s ‘Wu-Tang Forever’ tour, and Phish.
UTA employs more than 3,000 people, with offices across the U.S., as well as London and Munich. The agency represents talent and brands across entertainment, sports, creators and culture. Recent acquisitions include ROOF football (currently part of KLUTCH Sports) in 2024.
