Rising country star Ella Langley has called off the rest of her scheduled tour dates in August, including support shows with Morgan Wallen and Riley Green, with a statement saying she needed “to take a couple of weeks to rest and focus on my health – mind, body and heart.”

“I’m sad to be posting this. The past several weeks have been tough,” Langley posted on her Instagram earlier today. “I’ve been fighting sickness and feeling more run down than ever. After a lot of thought, I’ve made the hard decision to take a couple of weeks to rest and focus on my health – mind, body and heart. I want to be fully present for all the moments ahead, and I know I can’t do that without first taking care of myself.

“Sometimes we have to listen when our bodies and hearts are telling us to slow down. I’m so grateful for your understanding and your love – it truly means the world to me.”

The affected dates include two nights supporting Morgan Wallen at Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland, Aug. 15-16, her Aug. 19 show at the Listening Room in Nashville and four performances supporting Riley Green that were scheduled Aug. 21-22, 23 and 25 in Montana, Idaho and Colorado.

Langley added, “I’ll be back on the road in September, ready to give you my all.”

The statement also included the following Bible verse:  “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” – Matthew 11:28

Langley’s next scheduled show is a Sept. 6 appearance at Nascar Weekend in Madison, Illinois. She’s set to return to Wallen’s “I’m The Problem Tour,” with two nights in Canada at Edmonton, Alberta’s Commonwealth Stadium Sept. 12-13.

She also has more headline dates of her own planned in October as part of “The Still Hungover Tour.” Langley is continuing to support her debut studio album, Hungover, which was released in August 2024 via Sawgod/Columbia. The LP includes her breakout hit song “You Look Like You Love Me,” featuring Riley Green. The tune hit No. 1 on the Billboard’s US Country Airplay chart and No. 30 on Billboard’s Hot 100.

Thanks in part to the single, Langley took home the most awards at the 2025 ACM Awards including ACM New Female Artist of the Year, ACM Single of the Year, ACM Music Event of the Year, and ACM Visual Media of the Year (as an artist and producer) for “You Look Like You Love Me.”

Langley’s team includes The Neal Agency and Painted Rock Management.

Her box office highlights, as reported to Pollstar, include a Feb. 27 show at The Intersection / Showroom in Grand Rapids, Michigan, that sold 1,500 tickets and grossed $49,790.
