Eclipse Festival Heads To Iceland With Performances By Meduza, Booka Shade, Zero 7 & More

Fans can dance the days away at Iceland Eclipse, a festival taking place from Aug. 12 to 15 in Hellissandur on the Snaefellsness Peninsula during the total solar iclipse in Iceland.

The Iceland eclipse will feature two full minutes of darkness starting Aug. 12 at 17:47 GMT. Fans will have the opportunity to explore the reagion’s waterfulls, greenery, remote beaches, volcanic craters, geothermal hot springs and glacial caves.

The first round of this festival’s lineup includes Meduza, Booka Shade, Zero 7,Emilíana Torrini, GusGus, Daoi FEyr and more.

In addition to its musical lineup, Iceland Eclipse will feature speakers from NASA, ESA, Space for Humanity, SpaceX, Blue Origin and more. The festival’s programming will explore science, wellness, art and consciousness.

The festival features an extremely limited capacity of just 3,333 fans.
