Noah Kahan and his non-profit mental health foundation The Busyhead Project announced a “Folk & Fairways” benefit concert and golf tournament Sept.30-Oct. 1 at Spruce Peak in Stowe, VT.

The event combines Kahan’s passions – music, golf, mental health awareness and giving back to local communities in his home state of Vermont – structured around a welcome reception, tournament and acoustic performance with the two-time Grammy nominee.

To help tickets get into the hands of fans, a limited number of randomly selected fans will be allowed to purchase tickets. The lottery is open and closes on Aug. 17 at 11:59 PM/ET. Fans who are randomly selected to purchase tickets will be notified on Aug. 20 at 12:00 PM/ET.

“I’m so excited to be heading back home this fall to Vermont for the first Folk & Fairways benefit concert and golf tournament supporting The Busyhead Project at Spruce Peak,” states Kahan in a release. “All proceeds are going to community-based mental health organizations.”

Since launching in 2023, Kahan and The Busyhead Project have raised more than $4.5 million dollars towards the mission of increasing awareness around the importance of mental health, reducing stigmas and providing mental health resources in local communities.

The Busyhead Project, which was named after Kahan’s 2019 debut album, has helped front-line agencies across North America and the UK by raising money through benefit concerts and events, workshops and classes, exclusive merch and on-the-ground community work with local organizations through The Busyhead Project’s Action Village at Kahan’s headline tours and shows.

Kahan takes action in his own house, too. Kahan and The Busyhead Project partnered with Backline to provide access to mental healthcare for his touring band and crew, including access to a trusted network of mental health and wellness providers, wellness days throughout tour and a mental health fund to cover care.
