Day After Day Productions Announces Promotions & New Divisions, Agent Jordan Burger Joins As Consultant

Day After Day Productions (DADP) founder and CEO Seth Shomes has unveiled a series of key leadership promotions, with the formation of a new division dedicated to servicing Casinos, Corporates, and Colleges markets, along with a new Theater / PAC / Symphony division. As an announcement from DADP’s team points out, today’s news represents the independent booking agency’s “commitment to growth, specialized client services, and nurturing talent within the entertainment industry.”
The Casinos, Corporates, and Colleges markets division will be co-headed by Seth Shomes and Aidan Flynn, with Jordan Golenberg as Director.
“As I further transition my focus within the casino industry, it’s incredibly gratifying to see my son, Aidan, step into this leadership role. I couldn’t be prouder,” Shomes said in a statement. “Aidan was employee No. 1 when I re-started DADP in April 2021 and elevating him to this position is a testament to not only his dedication and growth, but also due to the consistent calls and emails I receive from peers praising him.”

Shomes adds, “Working with my son Aidan has been one of the greatest joys of my 30+ year career. I couldn’t be prouder about his ability to think critically and how seamlessly he has developed strong relationships with not only his colleagues but also with all of the amazing people we do business with throughout the industry. I look forward to continuing to celebrate not only his personal achievements, but also his professional successes.”
Asked to comment on the state of the casino market, Shomes, who is a five time winner of the Casino Entertainment Awards’ “Casino Agent Of The Year” title, told Pollstar, “Although this has been a challenging year for many within the industry, from our perspective the casino, corporate, and college markets are as strong as ever. We are bullish about the future, and we are forever grateful for all of the promoters, talent buyers, and venues that continue to support our talented roster of artists. We pride ourselves on supporting them in turn and I am proud of our reputation as great allies to many that I respect deeply.”
Golenberg joined DADP nearly two years ago from CAA and he’s moved up from assistant to agent to now Director of the Casinos, Corporates, and Colleges division.
“Jordan’s journey at DADP is a prime example of the career trajectory we’re proud to offer,” Shomes said. “We believe in recognizing talent and providing opportunities for our team members to excel. Jordan has that special ‘It Factor’ that instantly connects him with clients and buyers. The sky is the limit on his talents.”
DADP’s Theater / PAC / Symphony division will be led by Senior Agent Michelle Scarbrough as Head and Olivia Bentley as Director. Scarbrough, also a member of DADP’s leadership group, has been with DADP since its beginnings and has 25 years of experience from ICM. Bentley joined DADP in October 2023.

“Michelle’s deep expertise and Olivia’s fresh perspectives will be a powerful combination for this new division, further expanding our reach and offerings as a full-service, top independent booking agency,” said Shomes. “One of our favorite words at DADP is ’collaboration,’ and I am excited to see Michelle and Olivia excel together as a team.”
Marcus Greenstein, who joined DADP in March 2022 directly from Tulane University, has been elevated to Head of Fairs.
“Marcus is a superstar who has grown so quickly as an agent that I have run out of words to properly express how valued he is at DADP as an employee and as a friend. His promotion is a well-deserved recognition for his exceptional contributions, tireless work ethic, and ongoing dedication to our clients,” Shomes stated.
The series of DADP promotions also includes Josh Jones being elevated to Director of Central Services & Senior Booking Coordinator. Jones got his start at the company as an intern in May 2023 while attending USC. After graduating with his master’s degree in May, he became a full-time salaried employee.
“I met Josh through his parents, Jamie and Hanna Jones, on a road trip from Bossier City, LA to Biloxi, MS, during The Boy Band Christmas tour I was producing,” Shomes says. “We work with Jamie’s group All-4-One, and the Jones family has become family to me. When I met Josh, I was immediately impressed with his intellect, organizational skills, and eloquence. I offered him a job right in the car, and he has since exceeded all expectations.”
In other DADP news, Jordan Burger will be consulting the company as a senior agent.
He has spent 25 years building up knowledge and relationships in the industry, with stints at The Agency Group, Madison House, and Reliant Talent Agency. Today’s announcement notes that Burger’s primary focus will be Festivals, Cruises and Destination Events, but he will also contribute to other projects across the agency.

“I have known and respected Jordan for years and it is going to be a blast working together. He is beloved within the industry for his friendly demeanor and dogged determination and we are lucky to have him with us,” Shomes says.
Today’s news also includes a welcome to Kafarrah Chavarria, an independent contractor who joined DADP a month ago as Acting Director of Human Resources.
DADP has been celebrating a big year including booking rap legend Missy Elliott’s first-ever headlining arena tour, “Out of This World – The Missy Elliott Experience,” which won “Best Live Performer” award at the BET Hip Hop Awards and the Pollstar Award for “Hip Hop Tour of The Year” in 2025. In June Shomes was named a 2025 Pollstar Impact 50 Honoree, the second year in a row he has received this honor. Since reopening, Day After Day has also received consecutive “Independent Booking Agency Of The Year (Global)” nominations from Pollstar. Visit dayafterdaymusic.com for more information.
