Following two successful live performances in Los Angeles, post-hardcore rockers Shudder to Think are hitting the road this year for their first tour in over a decade, playing intimate venues in major markets like Chicago, Boston, New York and Seattle.

The lineup will feature Craig Wedren on lead vocals, Nathan Larson on guitar, Adam Wade on drums, Clint Walsh on guitar and Jherek Bischoff on bass.

The band kicks off its brief tour Sept. 19 in Chicago after playing a set at Riot Fest, performing at Cobra Lounge in the evening. The routing includes stops at Sonia in Boston on Oct. 23, a hometown show at Washington, D.C.’s Black Cat, Mercury Lounge in New York, Portland’s Star Theater, Barboza in Seattle and San Francisco’s Brick & Mortar Music Hall before wrapping up at Lodge Room in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles on Nov. 11.

Tickets go on sale Aug. 22 and are available at https://linktr.ee/shuddertothink.

Shudder to Think celebrated the 30th anniversary of its 1994 album, Pony Express Road, last year. The band’s last live performance on Pollstar Boxoffice was in 2009. The band headlined a show at El Rey Theatre in L.A. in November of 2008 that grossed $8,138 off 313 tickets sold, according to Pollstar.
