Chris Brown Earns His First No. 1 Ranking On LIVE75

Chris Brown makes his first appearance ever at No. 1 on LIVE75 after debuting on the chart earlier this summer with the launch of the “Breezy Bowl XX Tour,” a four-month trek through Europe and North America celebrating his debut album’s 20th anniversary. Since first entering the lineup at No. 4 on the June 27 chart, he has remained among the top seven touring artists in the rankings each week.
His jump to No. 1 is based on box-office results from seven concerts on the tour’s second leg, a stretch of North American stadium dates that began at the end of July. He sold an average of 43,450 tickets per concert at five venues, including MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, and Ford Field in Detroit, both with shows booked on two nights.
The North American opener at loanDepot park in Miami drew a crowd of 37,810, while his show at Hersheypark Stadium in Hershey, Pennsylvania, welcomed 27,168 attendees. Then in Detroit, he performed for 90,437 fans over two nights before heading to Washington D.C. for a concert at Nationals Park with 41,481 tickets sold. MetLife Stadium was where he recorded his largest totals, as 107,256 tickets were sold with a two-night gross of $15 million.
The “Breezy Bowl XX” tour’s trek through Europe included 14 performances that racked up a sold-ticket total of 490,125 at 10 venues. Grosses from the four-week run totaled $58.5 million. Overall, the tour has grossed $106 million worldwide, with ticket sales currently at 794,277 from 21 performances. It is booked through Oct. 18 with a final concert planned for the Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium in Memphis, Tennessee.
LIVE75 features debuts by 19 touring artists, with Rüfüs Du Sol scoring the highest ranking among them. The Australian band takes the No. 6 ranking on the chart after averaging 19,197 sold tickets at nine concerts at outdoor venues in the U.S. and Canada during July and August. The North American trek was part of the world tour supporting Inhale / Exhale, the group’s latest studio album, released in October of last year.
The tour began with headlining dates and festival appearances in Latin America earlier this year, followed by an opening trek through the U.S. in April and May that grossed $12.9 million from 184,130 tickets sold at 12 shows. Then a European leg followed in June and July. After the current North American run, the band will continue the tour in their home country in November, then return for another Latin American leg in 2026.
On the Artist Power Index, The Weeknd maintains his hold on No. 1 after earning the top ranking on the chart for a 13th consecutive week. He has been touring with his “After Hours Til Dawn Stadium Tour” which wrapped for the summer with a stadium performance at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas, on Sept. 3, but the singer is set to appear later this month. On Sep. 27, he will headline the “Global Citizen Festival” in New York City’s Central Park.
Debuting at No. 33 on the Artist Power Index is Jelly Roll, who earns a ranking after recent headlining events with his “Beautifully Broken Tour,” along with his shows supporting Post Malone’s “Big Ass Stadium Tour.” His year on stage began on Jan. 30 at the “FireAid Benefit Concert” in Los Angeles and continued in the spring in Canada. Festival appearances and opening sets on the Malone tour have remained steady throughout the summer.
Returning to APX is Dua Lipa, who takes the No. 21 ranking after resuming her “Radical Optimism Tour” in Toronto on Sept. 1. She launched the tour with a string of Asian dates late in 2024 but toured in Oceania and Europe during the first half of this year. So far on the tour, she has averaged 19,357 sold tickets per show at arenas and stadiums with a gross average of $2.2 million.
