Emmylou Harris, Jeff Tweedy, Margo Price & More Join Hardly, Strictly Bluegrass 25th Anniversary Lineup

Hardly, Strictly Bluegrass’ 25th anniversary is set to take place in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park on Oct. 3 to 5, and the festival’s full lineup features performances by Emmylour Harris, Jeff Tweedy, Margo Price, Hovvdy, Hannah Cohen, Patty Griffin, Dougie Poole, Steve Earle & The Hardly Strictly Dukes, Rosanne Cash, The War And Treaty, Cass McCombs and more.
The three-day, multi-stage event will also be celebrated with the release of “Hardly Strictly Bluegrass at 25: The Big Twang!” which features photography and essays about the festival and its history. Ahead of the festival, a sold-out benefit eve concert honoring Emmylou Harris (the only artist to perform at every edition of the San Francisco music festival) will take place at The Masonic on Oct. 2.
No tickets for the festival are needed. Entrance begins at 11 a.m. on Friday, and 9 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday, with performances ending at 7 p.m.
