Rezz Announces ‘As The Pendulum Swings Tour’

Rezz released her fifth studio album, As The Pendulum Swings, today via her own record label, HypnoVizion. In addition to the album release, she announced a six-date tour in support of the record, slated for the winter.
The “As The Pendulum Swings Tour” kicks off on Dec. 6 at Phantom in Paris, with stops in Boston, Brooklyn, New York, Houston and Detroit before wrapping at The Factory in St. Louis, Missouri.
“As The Pendulum Swings is a more mature version of my project,” Rezz said in a statement. “It reflects where I am in my life as a 30 year old. I feel I have the clearest vision and desires and musically, this album plays a major role in that, as well as the aesthetics to my visual content and performances. This album means a lot to me because there’s quite a few old songs that were revamped for this. It feels nostalgic but also new. It really showcases the type of music I’m currently influenced by which feels great to say. I feel like I’ve evolved in the quality of the songs, and the direction is very specific. It capitalizes on industrial/slow techno elements.”
Rezz is managed by 2+2 Management’s Adam Gill and Toni-Rose Mabazza and booked by Wasserman Music’s Cody Chapman in North America and Primary Talent International’s Paul McQueen worldwide (excluding North America). With 81 headline reports submitted to Pollstar’s Boxoffice, Rezz has sold a total of 290,988 tickets, grossing $12.7 million.
On Sept. 26, Rezz will make history as she headlines Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, Washington, marking the largest solo female DJ headline show in North America to date, with a venue capacity of 21,000. On Oct. 18 and 19, she’ll headline two shows at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, Colorado, marking her seventh year returning to the venue.
Artist presale for her album tour begins Sept. 17 at 10 a.m. local time, with general on sale following on Sept. 18 at 10 a.m. local time.
