Paul McCartney Announces Phones-Free Santa Barbara Bowl Pre-Tour Underplay Sept. 26

Paul McCartney, who is kicking off his “Got Back Tour 2025” Sept. 29 at Acrisure Arena in Palm Springs, will kick off the kickoff three days earlier at the picturesque Santa Barbara Bowl on the Central California coast, with a phones-free, limited-ticket show taking place Friday, Sept. 26.
Registration for tickets began this morning, and runs through tomorrow at 10 p.m for a chance to score tickets, with fans randomly selected through Fair AXS Registration. Tickets are limited to two per person, first-come, first-served, require registration and no tickets will be available or sold at the venue’s box office.
The announcement also cautions against purchasing from third-party vendors or secondary sites, saying “fake tickets will not be honored and entry will be denied.” The show will be a phone-free experience, making use of Yondr pouches that lock during the performance.
McCartney’s “Got Back 2025 Tour” runs until late November, with North American venues ranging from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, to Isleta Amphitheater in Albuquerque, to State Farm Arena in Atlanta, The Pinnacle in Nashville and Bell Centre in Montreal. He is also set to open the new TD Coliseum in Hamilton, Ontario, on Nov. 21, the first show at the venue formerly known as Copps Coliseum after undergoing a major renovation.
Last year the former Beatle played mostly international dates, including a run of South American shows along with dates in Mexico, as well as a run of European arenas in the winter.
You must register in advance for a chance to purchase tickets to this show. Registering does not guarantee the ability to purchase tickets.
