Louis Tomlinson Headlines Arenas With ‘How Did We Get Here?’ World Tour

Louis Tomlinson announced plans to embark on the “How Did We Get Here?” world tour in 2026, and the singer and former One Direction boyband member unveiled dates for the trek’s North American leg. Tomlinson will kick off in Vancouver on June 3, with stops in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Nashville, Chicago, New York City, Toronto and more before wrapping at Kaseya Center in Miami on July 24.
The tour sees Tomlinson headlining major arenas, including Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California, and Madison Square Garden in New York City. The run features theater and arena dates throughout the tour.
The “How Did We Get Here?” world tour supports Tomlinson’s forthecoming album, How Did I Get Here, to be released on Jan. 23. Tomlinson said of the album, “I sum it up as ‘The record I always deserved to make.’ My bread and butter is my honesty. I genuinely wear my heart on my sleeve, and I hope it comes through in the music. I’m still learning and getting better as a singer and a songwriter. I find it impossible to be complacent; it’s not in my vocabulary. For the first time now, I’m allowing myself to be the artist I’d always hoped to be.”
This weekend, Tomlinson will be bringing his Away From Home Festival to the Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, New York. Featured performers include Lauv, Steve Aoki, Plain White T’s and more.
“I’m so excited to be bringing Away From Home to the U.S. and for the first time, a two day festival,” Tomlinson said in a statement. “Really honored and grateful to have such a strong line-up over both days, got a few things up my sleeve, too. Can’t wait to see you all there, it’s going to be special!”
Tomlinson is booked by Wasserman Music’s Marty Diamond in North America, and by Alex Hardee and Hollly Rowland worldwide excluding North America. He’s managed by Seven 7 Artists Management’s Matt Vines. With 107 headline reports submitted to Pollstar’s Boxoffice dating back since 2017, he’s sold 772,884 tickets, grossing $45.8 million.
North American tour dates go on sale Oct. 10 at 10 a.m. local time. Artist presale begins Oct. 8 at 10 a.m. local time.
