Nine Inch Nails Expand ‘Peel It Back Tour’ With 20+ North American Dates

Nine Inch Nails announced the second leg of their “Peel It Back Tour,” where they will kick off once again on Feb. 5 at Smoothie King Center in New Orleans. The show will stop in Montreal, Austin, Las Vegas, San Francisco and more before wrapping up at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California, on March 16. Boys Noize will be joining the band once again on all upcoming dates.
Following the tour’s wrap on March 16, Nine Inch Nails and Boys Noize will appear at both weekends of Coachella in April as Nine Inch Noize.
The “Peel It Back Tour” first began at 3Arena in Dublin on June 15, with the show selling out at 12,664 tickets, grossing $1 million. With eight dates from the tour submitted to Pollstar’s Boxoffice, the shows sold an average of 13,894 tickets, grossing $1.6 million.
The performances themselves showcase Nine Inch Nails’ versatility, transforming from piano ballads to electronic music as Boys Noize joins Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross on the center stage, to then becoming a full-blown rock show with the rest of Nine Inch Nails’ touring band consisting of guitarist Robin Finch, bassist Alessandro Cortini and drummer Josh Freese.
The “Peel It Back Tour” is produced by Live Nation. Nine Inch Nails are managed by Sara Newkirk Management’s Sara Newkirk, and booked by WME.
Tickets for the newly announced dates go on sale Oct. 8 at 12 p.m. local time.
