‘80s New Wave “Totally Tubular Festival” Announces Four East Coast Shows

The ‘80’s New Wave “Totally Tubular Festival” announced four East Coast shows to close out 2025. The dates are Dec. 27-31 with stops in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, featuring A Flock Of Seagulls, Men Without Hats, Thomas Dolby, The Motels, Bow Wow Wow, Tommy Tutone, The Romantics and the original members of Animotion.  

The “Totally Tubular Festival” launched in 2024 with a lineup of acts that exploded in the pop culture zeitgeist in the 1980’s thanks to the high rotation of their music videos on MTV including “I Want Candy,” “Talking In Your Sleep,” “What I Like About You” and “Safety Dance” among many others. The artists involved in the festival have enjoyed continued popularity in recent years with music that has found a place on the canon of popular music.

Tour creator and JPA agency founder Jon Pleeter calls the “Totally Tubular Festival” the “best ‘80s party on the planet” adding, “The audiences last year fully embraced the spirit of the tour and were wildly enthusiastic.”

Lineups for each date include A Flock Of Seagulls, Men Without Hats, Thomas Dolby, The Romantics, Bow Wow Wow and Tommy Tutone on Dec. 27 and 28; A Flock Of Seagulls, Men Without Hats, Thomas Dolby, The Motels, Bow Wow Wow and Tommy Tutone on Dec. 29; and on New Year’s Eve Dec. 31, A Flock Of Seagulls, The Romantics, Thomas Dolby, The Motels, Bow Wow Wow and the original members of Animotion.
