Laurie Jacoby, Adam Weiser & Bridgestone Arena Among IEBA Industry Award Winners

The annual IEBA conference closed out on Tuesday with its Honors & Awards Ceremony, celebrating professionals who drive the concert business from behind the scenes. During the event, Nederlander Concerts CEO Alex Hodges and legendary concert promoter Chuck Morris were inducted into the IEBA Hall of Fame.
The IEBA Industry Awards, which are voted on by IEBA members, were presented during a ceremony held at the Grand Hyatt in Nashville and hosted by comedian Dusty Slay. Awards were given out to talent buyers in multiple categories, as well as the top venue executive, promoter, agent and educator, among other honorees. Plus, venues of all sizes, along with the top fair and festival, were honored.
The event was followed by a closing reception at The Pinnacle and an after-party featuring WME, TKO, Day After Day Productions, and Pyramid Entertainment artists with performances by DJ Griffin Green, Cole Goodwin, Meghan Patrick, Mitchell Tenpenny, Jenna Paulette, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, and The Sugar Hill Gang.
“These awards are truly special because they are selected by those who know the work best—their peers,” IEBA’s Executive Director Brian Wagner said in a statement. “They celebrate the visionary minds and tireless leaders working out of the spotlight who, with every show, propel our industry forward.”
IEBA (International Entertainment Buyers Association) was founded in 1970 and is the leading not-for-profit trade organization for live entertainment industry professionals who buy, book, and sell talent.
