Guns N’ Roses, The Weeknd Join Lady Gaga Top This Week’s Pollstar Touring Charts

Star power abounds on Pollstar’s December charts as three touring heavyweights head up the chart lineups with an appearance at the top. Guns N’ Roses debuts at No. 1 on LIVE75, and The Weeknd claims the highest ranking on Global Concert Pulse, while Lady Gaga maintains her hold on the top Artist Power Index ranking for a fourth consecutive week.
Guns N’ Roses enters the lineup on LIVE75 after box-office results were reported from the Latin American leg of the band’s “Because What You Want & What You Get Are Two Completely Different Things Tour.” Following earlier treks through Asia and Europe, the tour’s Latin American run kicked off on Oct. 1 at Estadio Nacional in San José, Costa Rica, the first of 14 performances booked in eight countries during October and November.
Ticket sales from the first eight concerts have been reported, showing a sold-ticket count of 239,239 and a combined gross of $23.2 million. As the only headliner on LIVE75 with an all-stadium tour currently on the road, GNR averaged 29,904 sold tickets per night to join the chart with the highest ranking.
The most tickets sold at a single venue was 73,287 at Estadio Tomás Adolfo Ducó in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Oct. 17-18. It was the only two-night engagement during the fall run of Latin American shows. Then, Santiago, Chile’s Estadio Nacional welcomed the group’s largest crowd. The stadium hosted a single performance on Oct. 14 with 42,903 fans in attendance.
While Guns N’ Roses hits the chart after kicking off a new leg of their 2025 world tour, The Weeknd moves up one position to No. 1 on Global Concert Pulse almost two months after his “After Hours til Dawn Tour” wrapped for the year. Since the rankings are based on gross averages from a three-month period, the final 13 performances on his North American stadium tour fall in that timeframe.
He has remained near the top of the chart since his final tour performance this year at San Antonio’s Alamodome on Sep. 3, but Beyoncé, Stray Kids and My Chemical Romance have all held the No. 1 ranking since then. This week, it is The Weeknd’s turn, based on a 13-night gross average of $7.06 million per show, with attendance averaging 46,001.
Lady Gaga’s monthlong reign on the Artist Power Index while on the road in Europe with “The Mayhem Ball” is fueled by top 10 scores in Live, Streaming and Airplay, three of the chart’s four eligibility metrics. A big boost to her Live score was her four shows at The O2 in London that opened the European leg. She played for 63,629 fans at the arena, Sep. 29-Oct. 4, and grossed $12.5 million.
