Lyft Becomes Official Rideshare Partner For 75+ OVG Venues

Venue developer, operator and consultant Oak View Group today announced a partnership with Lyft, seeing the popular rideshare platform become the official rideshare partner for more than 75 OVG-managed venues, including members of its Arena Alliance and Theater Alliance.
Through the partnership, OVG and Lyft will work together to deliver a seamless, reliable, and efficient transportation experience, including efforts toward community engagement and sustainability. Lyft will receive prominent branding across existing rideshare zones at all participating venues, ensuring clear pick-up and drop-off locations with accurate pin names, coordinates, and real-time updates on road closures before and after events.

The partnership will include OVG’s Alliance partners including 20 of OVG’s Arena Alliance and 20 Theater Alliance associates, its exclusive membership network of leading sports and entertainment venues across the country. In addition, Lyft will service 35 of OVG’s portfolio of arenas, stadiums, convention centers and performing arts facilities. Venues participating include PeoplesBank Arena in Hartford, Connecticut; Bell Auditorium in Augusta, Georgia; Ford Idaho Center & Amphitheater in Nampa, Idaho; Tahoe Blue Event Center in Stateline, Nevada; BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma and many others,
