Little Feat Announces ‘Last Farewell Tour’

unnamed (2)

After more than 50 years of touring, Little Feat is saying their last farewell…eventually.

“Your favorite band’s favorite band” — a moniker earned by the act in the 1970s for their nearly universal respect among rock luminaries — will hang it up after “The Last Farewell Tour,” which begins April 10 at Orlando’s Plaza Live, though co-founder Billy Payne said he expects the tour to last several years.

On the initial leg, the “Dixie Chicken” performers will visit 13 U.S. theaters while mixing in festival stops.

Ticket information is available at https://www.littlefeat.net/tour.

Recent touring highlights for the band include a June 24 co-headliner with the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band at Bonner, Montana’s KettleHouse Amphitheater, grossing $177,211 on 3,097 tickets, according to Pollstar Boxoffice reports.

Little Feat is booked by Paladin Artists’ Steve Martin and Seth Rapaport.
