Creative Artists Agency has hired leading digital media pioneer Greg Goodfried as an agent in the Creators division, where he will represent digital creators and podcasters. CAA’s announcement notes that he will help drive digital strategies for clients across multiple divisions of the agency, including film, music, television and sports.

Goodfried has more than two decades of experience including co-creating digital content studio EQAL, which built digital publishing and video strategies for consumer brands and artists including Jennifer Lopez, Bethany Frankel and Lauren Conrad. After selling EQAL to Everyday Health in 2013 he then joined UTA as an agent in its Digital Media department and went on to help lead the agency’s Digital Talent division. In 2020, he took on the role of President of D’Amelio Family Enterprises, alongside Tiktok phenom Charli D’Amelio and most recently he launched DamGood Management in 2023 and has worked with a number of industry-leading digital creators.

“There are few people who have so consistently moved the needle through innovation across the digital and creator landscape – Greg is one of them,” said CAA’s Brent Weinstein, member of senior leadership team, and Head of CAA Creators division. “He has been a trusted business partner, colleague and friend for over 20 years, and I am excited to see him leverage his entrepreneurial spirit, expertise, and creativity to help drive meaningful initiatives for our clients and partners.”

Goodfried will be joined at CAA by Jamie Guggenheim, who was previously a manager at DamGood Management. Guggenheim will also serve as an agent in the Creators division.

CAA Creators is a global, multi-disciplinary representation, sales, advisory services, and corporate development practice, leveraging best-in-class expertise and resources on behalf of leading digital video and audio creators, and the brand marketers, corporations and capital allocators who are driving forward the fast-growing creator economy.
