Top Dawg Entertainment (TDE), a hip-hop label founded by Anthony Tiffith, will host its 12th annual Holiday Charity Concert and Community Celebration at Nickerson Gardens in Watts, California, on Dec. 18 and 19, and the two-day event includes a concert that will feature performances from the label’s roster, including SZA, ScHoolboy Q, Jay Rock, Doechii, Isaiah Rashad, Ray Vaughn, Ab-Soul, Zacari and Kai Banx.

Special guests will also be announced for the show, and prior special guests have included stars like Kendrick Lamar, Rihanna, Chris Brown, Big Sean, A$AP Ferg and others.

For more than a decade, TDE has helped bring thousands of residents, families and fans together in Watts to uplift under-resourced and marginalized communities in Los Angeles. The concert takes place Dec. 18, and the second day of the special event involves Top Dawg Love the Kids, a nonprofit incorporated in 2023, giving back to the community by providing a full day of complimentary programming for children, teens and adults.

The Community Giveback on the 19th is a holiday celebration for the family that includes toy distribution, youth sports activities, raffles, barbering services, a snow experience, holiday photo installations and more.

Fans can attend the concert by bringing unwrapped toys, new clothes, new shoes or other donations for Nickerson Gardens residents.

The event was a hit last year, drawing 10,000 people and distributing more than $750,000 worth of toys and clothing donations to families across the Watts community. Entertainment companies that made charitable contributions to the event included Wasserman, Live Nation, Amazon Music Rotation, Interscope Capitol Labels Group, Converse, the Los Angeles Rams, RCA Records and more.

There is also a job fair at the event offering employment on site that is done in partnership between TDE and the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles Watts WorkSource Center.

This year’s sponsors and contributors to this year’s holiday event include Jakks Pacific Toys, Live Nation, Red Bull, UGG, Nike, the L.A. County Justice, SiriusXM, Proclub, Care and Opportunities Department, Amazon, Universal Music Group, Rams, Universal Music Group and PhatMojo.
