RockForce Appoints Chris Schuman, Shawn Warlow As Co-Presidents

RockForce, a leader in workforce and production solutions provider for the live entertainment industry, announced that it has named veterans Chris Schuman and Shawn Worlow as co-presidents.
After leading the integration of RockForce’s nine founding companies, outgoing CEO Bob McClintock is transitioning to a board role and will continue to provide strategic oversight. With their production expertise, strategic agility and experience, Schuman and Worlow will guide RockForce through continued growth.
Schuman previously worked at James Thomas Productions and was essential to building the foundational systems behind RockForce.
Worlow, founder and president of The Production Collective, has produced large-scale events with creative flair and exceptional execution, such as Formula 1, SEMA Fest and the NFL Draft.
The new appointments of co-presidents arrive just before 2026, a year that is poised to be major for the live entertainment industry with the country’s 250th anniversary and FIFA World Cup, and RockForce is positioning itself to deliver greater speed, precision and reliability for promoters, venues and producers.

We named Chris and Shawn as our new co-presidents to lead RockForce and position the company to be ahead of the curve and continue to set the standard for workforce and production excellence.”
RockForce also announced that it is bolstering its rigging division as demand for rigging across live and permanent install environments increases. That division is led by ETCP, SPRAT and IRATA-certified professionals and supported by workforce development and training initiatives,
