The Backstreet Boys have announced an exclusive concert series comprising eight stadium shows in Düsseldorf, Germany, for the end of September/beginning of October 2026. Starting on September 25, the band will present their spectacular “Into The Millennium” production at Merkur Spiel-Arena.

Düsseldorf is the Backstreet Boys’ only European stop in 2026. The guest performance, entitled “Homecoming: Live in Germany,“ marks the iconic group’s special return to the country that gave them their first platinum record, ”I’ll Never Break Your Heart,” 30 years ago.

Long before they became a global phenomenon, the Backstreet Boys first discovered the dimensions of their future superstar status in Germany when they connected with an audience that immediately embraced their sound.

In their early years, the band played in German clubs, at festivals, and radio events. Before the rest of the world took notice, German fans were among the first to fill their concerts, request their singles on the radio, and line up for autographs. It was a taste of the success that awaited the Backstreet Boys.

Their first German shows listed on the Pollstar Boxoffice are two shows at Berlin’s 1,700 Theater des Westens. The first German box office report is from their co-headline tour with New Kids On The Block, May 7, 2012 at Berlin’s Uber Arena (back then Mercedes-Benz Arena), 11,607 tickets sold at a $651,275 gross.

Backstreet Boy’s Brian Littrell commented, “When we say that this is a homecoming, it’s because everything started for us in Germany. That’s where our dream became reality. These concerts bring us full circle!”

The announcement of the Düsseldorf concert series follows the band’s unique success with their “Into The Millennium” show in Las Vegas, which has been celebrated by hundreds of thousands of fans at over 20 performances to date.

Due to fan demand, the Backstreet Boys added new dates at Sphere Las Vegas a couple of times, taking the band’s “Into The Millennium” into February 2026 with a total of 35 shows now on the books.

When the Sphere residency closes Feb. 15, 2026, Backstreet Boys will have performed to more than 580,000 fans at the Vegas venue, with dazzling production and one-of-a-kind taking fans back to the early 2000s in a whole new way. Dates reported from the Sphere to Pollstar are fully sold out at more than 16,500 tickets per show and grosses around and above $2.5 million per night.

Fans attending “Homecoming: Live in Germany” can expect an unforgettable experience, a gigantic stadium celebration of the Backstreet Boys’ legacy. The group will bring their legendary, five-time GRAMMY-nominated album Millennium to life, including beloved classics such as “I Want It That Way” and “Larger Than Life,” as well as a selection of their greatest hits.

The German dates are presented by Live Nation. Backstreet Boys are represented worldwide by WME.
