Paul Simon Announces 2026 European Dates: ‘A Quiet Celebration Tour’

Paul Simon has filled up his spring 2026 calendar with a run of European dates as he follows up the U.S. “A Quiet Celebration Tour” with shows across the pond. The iconic singer/songwriter is continuing to support his Grammy-nominated acoustic suite, Seven Psalms, along with newly arranged interpretations of his classic tunes.
This week’s announcement from Simon explains that each show will feature a complete presentation of the 33-minute Seven Psalms and “after a brief intermission, the evening continues with many of Simon’s most beloved songs – along with rarely performed gems – brought to life through fresh arrangements created specifically for this tour.”
The announcement adds that the tour is an opportunity to provide the album “with a new dimension on stage as it’s performed in intimate rooms with pristine acoustics – environments chosen to preserve the nuance and texture of the piece.”
Simon is joined on the road with a touring ensemble that includes Mark Stewart (guitar), Bakithi Kumalo (bass), Steve Gadd (drums), Andy Snitzer (saxophone), Jamey Haddad (percussion), Mick Rossi (piano/keys), Gyan Riley (guitar), Nancy Stagnitta (flute), Caleb Burhans (viola), and Eugene Friesen (cello).
The U.S. 2025 tour earned rave reviews from major publications including the Los Angeles Times declaring “A beautiful benediction for one of America’s defining songwriters… take any chance you get to see him again.” Rolling Stone described the tour as “a remarkable performance… a victory lap for one of the greatest songwriters of the past century.”
The European tour starts with three nights at the Congress Centre in Prague, Czech Republic, April 9-10 and 12th. Stops include Berlin, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, Liverpool, Glasgow and London. The last show on the routing is a May 20 performance at Dublin’s 3Arena.
All shows go on sale Wednesday, Dec.17 at 10 a.m. GMT.
Simon is represented by International Talent Booking’s Barry Dickins worldwide, excluding North America. He is managed by OK Management.
Reports submitted to Pollstar Boxoffice for Simon include a five-show run at New York’s Beacon Theatre June 16-23 that sold a total of 13,859 tickets and grossed more than $2.4 million.
