Mary J. Blige Heads To Las Vegas For Residency, ‘My Life, My Story’

Mary J. Blige is joining the ranks of artists holding Vegas residencies as she announces “Mary J. Blige: My Life, My Story” at Dolby Live at Park MGM in May and July. The shows will take place on May 1, 2, 6, 8 and 9, and on July 10, 11, 15, 17 and 18.

“I’ve been so excited to announce this Vegas residency,” Blige said in a statement. “Creating a show like this has been something I’ve always wanted to do. It’s a chance to get my fans together from all over – different cities, states and countries – to experience something together. ‘My Life, My Story’ will be just that – with some surprises for my fans that have been there through it all. See you in May!”

Tickets go on sale Jan. 16 at 10 a.m. PT via Ticketmaster.

Mary J. Blige is managed by Lafitte Management Group’s Steve Rifkind and booked by Independent Artist Group’s Keith Naisbitt. With 326 headline dates submitted to Pollstar’s Boxoffice, Blige has sold 2.2 million tickets, with a total gross of $194.2 million. On average, she has sold 6,775 tickets per show, with an average gross of $595,727, according to Pollstar’s Boxoffice.
