Pollstar Announces 2026 Ticketing Star Awards Honorees: Ben Baker, Brittney Chapman, Timmy Gorham, Oskar Muller, Ashley Voorhees, Lonnie Wilkerson

This Year’s Class of Ticketing Star Awards Honorees provide both a solid cross section of the greater ticketing industry – with representation from venues of all sizes, promoters and even a talent agency — while showcasing the future.

Much like the INTIX organization and conference that Pollstar partners with for the Ticketing Stars Awards, much can be learned from working with and collaborating with those on different sides of the ticketing equation. This year’s class notably includes Oskar Muller, from Wasserman Music, who acts as a liaison between the talent agency, promoter and venue box office, a relatively new type of role.

Venue Nation’s Ben Baker, meanwhile, acts as a bridge between hundreds of venue box offices, helping streamline and develop best practices that everyone can benefit from. Pollstar is pleased to see the industry championing both core box office personnel alongside other talent-side professionals as the Ticketing Star Awards continues into 2026 and beyond as new normals continue to take shape, largely led by technology and ticketing.

The Ticketing Star Awards are once again presented in partnership with leading trade organization INTIX, culminating with an awards presentation at INTIX’s annual conference, this year Feb. 26-29 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas.

The awards are nominated and voted on by industry peers, making it that much more impactful to those behind the scenes and in the trenches of what is a critically important part of the live events industry. (Click the links below to read a profile on each honoree).
