Rebecca Kane Burton Joins Superstruct As COO

Rebecca Kane Burton has joined Superstruct Entertainment as Chief Operating Officer, the live entertainment powerhouse announced via LinkedIn.
Kane Burton joins Superstruct with 30 years of experience at the heart of live entertainment, including leadership roles at AEG, OVG, LW Theatres, Sodexo Live!, and Alexandra Palace.
Among the project she oversaw during her period with AEG at The O2 are the delivery of the 2012 Olympics; the launch of AXS Ticketing; and the launch of the Up at The O2 rooftop experience.
More recently, Kane Burton helped open and establish Co-op Live in Manchester, the UK’s largest arena, now home to the BRITs in 2026 – first as interim general manager, and then as Executive Vice President Of Venue Management, OVG International – her most recent role before joining Superstruct.
“Running through it all is a belief that live experiences should put the audience first,” the LinkedIn announcement by Superstruct states.
Kane Burton is a 2025 Women Of Live and a 2024 Impact International honoree. She’s a proud supporter of music therapy charity Nordoff & Robbins.
