WME announced today that it has promoted seven people to agents for its contemporary music team.

The announcement was made by Lucy Dickins, Global Head of Contemporary Music and Touring, and Kirk Sommer, Global Co-Head of Contemporary Music and Touring.

All of the new agents have worked as assistants at WME and were part of WME’s long-running agent trainee program. Chris Caulk, who joined WME in 2022, and Natalie Otto, who joined in 2021, are now agents based in Beverly Hills. Santi Cruz and Pascual Di Tella joined WME’s Latin music team in 2022 and are now both Miami-based agents. Mollie Marshall has been with WME since 2022 and is now a tour marketing agent in the Nashville office. Tommy Dockree joined WME in 2019 and is now a London-based agent along with Belle Webb, who has been with WME since 2021 and is now a tour marketing agent in that office.

“We’re excited to promote this strong group of agents working across expanding regions and growing genres,” said Dickins and Sommer. “They’ve shown how deeply they care about the artists they work with, earned the trust of their colleagues, and proven they’re ready to step into their new roles.”

This year is off to a strong start for WME’s Contemporary Music Division with a recently announced Bruno Mars worldwide stadium tour slated to kick off on April 10 in Las Vegas. WME clients are nominated for 65 Grammy Awards at this weekend’s ceremony and scored 30 BRIT Award nominations for 2026.

Tour highlights for WME clients in 2025 included tours by Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, Coldplay in the UK and Europe, Zach Bryan, Shakira, Linkin Park, Mumford & Sons, Benson Boone, Ivan Cornejo, Hozier, J Balvin, Nine Inch Nails, Pitbull, Martin Garrix, Lewis Capaldi, KYGO, Backstreet Boys at Sphere and more.

New signings in 2025 included The Weeknd, ROSÉ, EJAE, Carín León, Maluma, MGK and more.
