Lil Wayne is the latest artist to take his live show to the video game world. Clash Royale teased the virtual performance with a post on its Facebook page saying, “There’s a milli-on reasons to play on Feb 6th🔥

As fans know, “A Milli” is Lil Wayne’s 2008 single that hails from his sixth studio album, Tha Carter III. The tune won the Grammy for Best Rap Solo Performance and has been included on a number of Best Of lists over the years.

The performance is being billed as the Clash Royale Halftime Show, happening just a few days before the Super Bowl – giving Lil Weezy the chance to do things his own way after being snubbed from playing the big game in his New Orleans hometown last year.

Complex reports that “instead of a traditional stadium stage, Wayne’s show will unfold within Clash Royale’s animated battlefield, surrounded by the game’s characters, including Giants, Goblins, and Musketeers, as millions of users log in around the world.” The virtual performance is happening at 8:00 am PST on Feb. 6, with Complex noting that players can xperience the performance as part of their gameplay session, no separate stream or ticket required.

“Music, sports, and gaming all in one place – y’all know how much I love being at the center of the culture. I’m turning the Clash Royale Arena into the most lit concert of the week, tap in February 6th to see what we got in store for y’all,” Wayne said in a statement.

Lil Wayne is managed by 40 By Tuesday Group’s Fabian Marasciullo and his booking agent is United Talent Agency’s Mike “Mike G” Guirguis.
